Thank goodness for Rene! Being new to this home, we had many many questions about our heating /cooling system. Rene was so patient and informative. He serviced the furnace and installed a new thermostat that we love ❤️ Now we are excited about signing up for the membership service program he shared about. And once our ducts are cleaned we plan on getting a new filtration system that he told us about too. Thanks Rene👍Great job.
My system is running smoother than ever! It started with a phone call where I was treated with respect and that office manager made sure everything was set up for success before sending a tech out. The tech, Tyson Redfern explained everything step by step as he worked. I’m sticking with this company. Services Mt Hood villages too.
Corey Redfern was very professional and respectful, was on time and my needs were met in a courtesy way as I'm deaf and can't hear Corey used his phone to communicate with me which was very helpful to me and made me feel like a human being a lot of people tend to treat me differently because I'm deaf and I appreciate him thank you so much for sending Corey out to my home to look at my furnace I will recommend him to anyone in the future 😀😀 He will contact me soon with estimates keep him on board in your company I just got my furnace looked at today its all I can afford 😕
Rene showed up on time and, actually ahead of schedule, went directly to work and analyzed the problem quickly. The only question I had was that the part replaced today was originally installed in May of this year. I had thought it might have been covered by a warranty?
Gresham Heating responded to my call for service the same day and had my unit replaced the very next day. They had all the parts and enough employees to get the job done. We didn't have to wait for anything and the price was totally affordable. They are our HVAC people for life!

My technician was Steven Olson and he was extremely knowledgeable and checked all the boxes while diagnosing my problem. I have been having the same issue with my unit since we bought our house. The other company, who also installed the unit 10 years ago only went with the easy fix prior without fully checking the unit out, and because it was still under warranty at the time, only did the minimum necessary to "fix" it. I will definitely use Gresham Heating for all my future repair needs.
The technician, Steve, was thorough in reviewing my system and made recommendations on how to proceed with maintaining and updating my system. He documented what was wrong with the system. He was very professional and pleasant.
Amazing service by Corey and apprentice. They took their time to make sure I had every detail I needed to make decisions for now and in the future. I was given options not offered by any other company. After 4 days of no heat we are again comfortable with what turned out to be a very easy fix. Definitely will be using for future upgrade. They even noticed our water heater and made sure we knew they could help with that as well!
Tyson and Corey installed a new ductless mini split system and tankless water heater in our log cabin. They did excellent work, were careful to leave cables hidden when possible and tidy when not, and were friendly, personable and nice to have around. When installation was complete, Tyson coached us on use of the system—VERY helpful! It was an expensive installation, but we’re very pleased with the outcome and can’t say enough about how good Tyson and company were to work with!
I called and got a tech out here the same day. I was sent a picture of Steven along with his number. He showed up on time, was straight forward (operator error caused the problem) and through. The problem was fixed quickly and he gave me some helpful advise on carbon monoxide detectors(get something between 1-50ppm detection) and placement (high up next to the air inlet for my hvac system). Since my system is 22 years old he even gave me a ballpark estimate for a new system. I've had a lot of service calls at my house over the past 5 years and Steven easily ranks in the top 3! I'll happily call him back when something else breaks.
We are very satisfied with the work that has been done at our home. Corey Redfern and the team of workers from Gresham Heating were pleasant and very comfortable to work with. The job was completed as per contract with no unexpected costs.
