Honesty, Integrity, Experience Heat Pumps Cash Incentive

Heat Pumps Cash Incentive

Heat Pumps $250-$700 Cash Incentive

Heat pumps provide year-round comfort and save considerable energy by moving heat in or out of your home, depending on the season. Because heat pumps move heat instead of generating it, these systems are highly efficient. Receive cash incentives and lower your energy costs when you upgrade your electric heating system to a high-efficiency heat pump.

If you live in a manufactured home, you may qualify for a limited-time increased heat pump incentive. Contact Gresham Heating and Air Conditioning for more information.

If you own or manage a single-family rental property, you may qualify for a limited-time increased ductless heat pump incentive.

The following incentive is available for single-family and manufactured homes when upgrading from an electric furnace, baseboard heat, a wall heater or ceiling heat:

  • Can shrubs or flowers be planted around an outdoor Unit?
However, we recommend that plants be no closer than 18 inches to the unit. This allows for plenty of room for air circulation in and out of the unit. Without this room for air circulation, the unit could overheat, resulting in a premature need for service.
  • What is the difference between a split system and a package unit?
A split system uses indoor and outdoor components to provide a complete home comfort system. A package unit or self-contained unit requires no external coils, air handlers, or heating units.
  • Should outdoor units be covered in winter?
No. Ruud heat pumps operate year-round and should never be covered. Similarly, air conditioners that operate seasonally are built to withstand an outdoor environment and should not be covered.
